Alert EasyPro Revision 11: A Rental Software Break-through!

Alert Management Systems is pleased to announce the 11th annual new revision of Alert EasyPro^®. Alert EasyPro 11.0 is available for free download on its “Client Source” web site: www.alertms.com. The password-enabled web site is a free service for Alert users on any Alert Support Plan. It includes downloads, training materials and a “Knowledge Base,” so users can get simple or highly technical answers, 24/7.

Alert EasyPro 11.0 takes rental software support to a new service level: An Instant Support Call System is built-in to every screen of Alert’s new revision. Push one button to initiate a support call, which will instantly e-mail the indicated screen ID with questions of any length.
