Alert Year in Review

Have you ever placed a Support Call and wondered: how many of these
do they get every year? Well wonder no further!
Read on for a brief recap of our year at Alert!

As of mid-December we cheerfully closed nearly 14,000 of your Support Calls.
We also closed 102 STRs.
An STR is a Software Trouble Report – more commonly known as a bug.

We welcomed Pirate (pictured) and Winston to the Alert family, and we
gave these lovely Alert dog bandanas to nearly 2 dozen of you!

We also had the pleasure of sending out several Alert onesies
to our friends with new babies!

Alert founder Bill Veneris was selected to the ARA Hall of Fame – congrats, Bill!

Last but not least, Alert was named a Top 100 Woman-owned company and a
Top 200 Private Company by CoBiz Magazine!
