Long term tickets can either be advance billed or billed in arrears. Use the recurring credit card billing to automate cash flow, and send documents to your clients quickly and easily through Alert’s Document Center.
Your rental contract can show any quantity of individual items on one line to your client, and Alert knows behind the scenes exactly which serialized units belong to the ticket.
You can partially return any items on an order and every item maintains its own out date and in date for billing purposes. You can split off returned items for immediate billing. You can exchange individual items on a ticket, which will maintain the long term billing cycle and apportion revenue to the assets appropriately. All without confusing your customer.
The standard description field for assets in Alert is 50 characters, longer than most rental management software. However, we have encountered markets that have very specific and detailed descriptions for individual items. We have handled that by customizing the contract to seamlessly show an enhanced description (as many characters as are necessary) to your client. We have also made that description searchable throughout the system in order to find the specific equipment to meet your customers’ needs.
Just like your rentals aren’t one-size-fits-all, neither is Alert rental management software. We will happily work with you to customize your package to your exact specifications. And not only will we tailor your software, we’ll customize your demo.
